Guests can choose from standalone cottages like the Maple or Pine, duplex suites, or the recently updated Grove Suites with lake views.

The resort has a private dock area on Patricia Lake with canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals available. Guests have access to an outdoor hot tub, a children's playground, BBQ facilities, and outdoor fire pits. Motorized watercraft are not allowed on the lake, so the water stays calm and quiet for swimming and boating.

The property sits on the shores of Patricia Lake with direct views of Pyramid Mountain, a 5-minute drive from downtown Jasper. Jasper SkyTram is 6 km away, and Parks Canada trails are accessible from the resort grounds. Guests often see elk grazing on the property in the early morning and evening.

Children have access to a playground, kids' outdoor play equipment, and board games or puzzles in the common area. The resort provides baby safety gates and babysitting or child services upon request. The calm beach area and shallow lake access make it safe for younger swimmers.
